Title: Anyone live REAL close to Philadelphia?

I'm trying to get a drill press from a seller in Philly but he won't ship. I need help.

As a truck driver, I'd need something a bit more specific to determine if I get close to you or not.

In that case, I live about 10 miles north of I-95 as it passes through Newark, Delaware.

I have been through there many times and recently too. I just can't get into Philly to get the drill press. How much trouble would it be for you to help me out?
