Hi folks,
I just found out that a friend of mine died. As far as I know, she didn't have any health problems. She has three kids, several grandchildren, and a husband that are left without her. It has come as quite a shock to me and everyone else. Anyhow, prayers for her family would be welcomed.
cheers,
bird.
You got 'em bird!

Thanks, dear. It's the darnedest places you wind up finding support! Although, I have to say that as usual, I knew I would have support from some of you folks. I hope you are doing OK. I appreciate and thank you for your prayers.
cheers,
bird.
I know Tooltalk does not favor religous posts so this is tricky to say
however
My prayers go out tonight to your friend and her family.God bless her and her family. May all her family and friends find peace in the healing process of loosing a loved one.
My sincere hope that you and that family find peace in the thought that she will be missed by all.
Prayers sent
I think she is very lucky to have a friend like you at this time bird. god bless, and prayers from my wife and I.

Prayers from here bob & ada w.
sorry for your loss
Thank you all for your support!
Prayers, thoughts, positive energy, and support are of equal importance to me. It is nice to have a support system. If you asked me three years ago who a major support system would be for me....... I don't think I could have guessed it would be a bunch of folks in love with old tools!!!!! I try to remember that, generally speaking, the universe has a way of working things out.
cheers,
bird
We old tool freaks need support now and then just like "regular" people!
I am proud that Tool Talk has helped you cope with life.
Death is no a pleasant thing for the living ! But take comfort in this. I enjoy wandering through old Cemeteries and came upon a grave stone with the following inscription, and have never forgotten it.
" My Friends, Weep not for me ! I weep for You ! For I am in a far better place ! "
That is a very wise and great quote
cheers,
bird
