I saw this on Craigs list and had to have this. It's marked : Union Steel Chest Corp. LeRoy,N.Y. Made in U.S.A. Pat. No. 161360.It was made about 40 miles from where I live. I had thought it was a Craftsman box. There is an oval spot on the front for a name plate. This is perfect for my gunsmithing tools that are all over the bench.I thought it was pretty nice for $20.00.

That was a steal, nice score. That almost gets you a "You Suck" award.

That box is a BEAUTY! What a great score!!

Nice Find! I got more drawers last week, but yours doesn't look like it was stored at the low end of a sloping cow pasture. Nice clean box. Ready to go as is.

The guy I got this from retired from an aero space company. This box was assigned to him and he got to take it with him when he retired. There were a bunch of diodes and a few drill bits in one drawer.

That's one great box, with good provenance and a great story.

What a great find and a real bargain at that. Let's see it loaded up with your gunsmithing tools.
