These wrenches are all marked T 5693. My question is on the bottom wrench. I thought it was modified but on closer examination I can see no marks from heat, hammer or tools to achieve the bend. There is no twisting either so if it is modified it is a very good job. Has anyone seen one before?

It could have been cold bent in a press or a big vice. I have several reprint Model T parts catalogs and none show a bend like that.

The second wrench down also looks like it was modified. (flattended out). I have seen all types of modifications to Ford wrenches by people who would change them to fit their needs.

The second wrench is straight but I think I have seen more straight ones than bent so assumed it was a variation rather than modified. Could be something specific to Canada. Maybe the bent ones didn't work well so everone modified them. I certainly don't know.

At one point ford wrenches were abundand and cheap, but of decent quality. It is entirely reasonable that someone needed a wrench to turn something that had an obstruction and simply made their own variation ....
Many engines on other cars had weird head layouts requiring bent, twisted, curved and other strange shaped wrenches just to get the bolts out, but the bolts were , more often that not, about the same size as the ones Ford used.....
Perhaps it's really a Packard-Ford wrench -P
