A few things picked up today.

A complete Oxwall socket set - with old and rag'ed paper packaging

A box where I can't determine if it is a tackle box or a tool box.  It does have crinkle finish.  Does anybody recognize the box?

Not sure who made it, but the toolbox is a toollbox, not a tackle box. The giveaway is the 2 diagonal dividers on the top of each top tray./. They are for a set of increasing size sockets....

The vice is the prize tho...:)

It is a beauty with nearly perfect jaws but as it turns out I don't like the size at all - so it will likely go away.

I recently picked up a tool box just like yours only mine seems a bit newer. Mine has a broken latch...bummer. I can't find any sign of a manufacturer on this one at all so I can't help you there. If I can fix or replace the latch I hope to use it to haul misc. fasteners and such to my jobs.

Cleaned up the box today and still couldn't find any markings.  My goooogling turns up only another pictured at GJ (also unknown) - and some Kennedy boxes (in ads) that appear the same except for the latch styles.  I'm hoping somebody out there has a lead.

Any information on who might have used crinkle green other than Thorsen?

I haven't ruled out Thorsen - as my other Thorsen boxes (large and small) are all unmarked with the exception of the sticker inside the lid (and are crinkle green).  Anybody here with a Thorsen catalog prior to 1970?

Is the paint also green?
