Hydrant wrench, 12 3/" long with 1" thick 5-sided socket. Made by Darling Foundry in Williamsport, PA

Nice one! A guy could have a decent collection of hydrant wrenches, due to the many designs.

Certainly a more sensible approach than that thing I posted that looked like a tube cutter.  Nice wrench, Mensch!
