32 WCF stands for .32 caliber Winchester Center Fire.
AKA .32-20, a fairly popular round for the model 1892 Winchester.
I have a buddy with an old Winchester rifle chambered for that, an 1873 lever action.
He would totally flip over that tool, he reloads his own rounds for it.
Very nice find, Skip.
( If you want to sell it, I want first dibs (depending on price). Would make an awesome Christmas present for him. Right now, the rifle is restored, new Walnut stocks, metal in the white, awaiting a full coverage engraving job he plans to do on it. He is quite the accomplished engraver www.cdmengraving.com )

I'd say! Beautiful work.
The 32-20 came in two loading. One for pistol and a hotter load for rifles only. Most gun shops nowadays only carry the pistol loads so somebody doesn't try to use rifle loads in a pistol. Most modern handguns chambered for the 32-20 can fire both safely, a lot of older handguns could not.
