For some weird reason, the vast majority of magneto sets I have seen have no makers marks on the set itself whatsoever. You can often work out what some of the individual wrenches are supposed to fit, and they are sometimes helpfully identified as to what they fit, but as to who was making all these sets?????

The ebay one seems to be leatherette with an actual leather holder strap, an odd (transition?) design.
