Title: 1036A with dogbone picture?

Wrench is marked 1036A with a little symbol that I think looks like a dog bone.  Anyone know who made it?

 Philedephia lawn mower co 1894-1900 approx. $3-5 per rathbone Don't know why they aren't worth more.
