Strange wrench, looks like a rotary aircraft engine wrench...wonder why it says 'NASA' on it....

The weirdest things turn up at the flea....

It is shaped a lot like an ignition distributor hold down wrench.  Automotive that is, I never got to work on a radial.   But, NASA?

I never saw a 5/8 distributor wrench , but sure is shaped like one.May be to get under the cooling fins on the cylinder.
