I have finally figured out what this very wide "H" in a circle logo is.........that is, after spending a lot of time trying to figure out the octagon in a circle then an "I" in a circle. Need 20 year old eyes sometimes to figure this stuff out.
The tool is marked Hinsdale HC-3. It appears to me as a universal swivel for a hex drive - but that is just my guess. It is headed to dimwitted should he decide to have it. I'll do him as he frequently does me and only note it here for him to find. Let's see if he reads all threads as I do :)

he can also have a hinsdale hex drive speeder to go with it if he pays postage......
