Title: Anybody know anything about this Ratchet?

I picked this up yesterday because the price was OK and I'd never seen one quite like it.  The only marks are the B then the W in a Diamond, followed by PAT.  My guess is the J H Williams Co., based on the W in a Diamond mark.  It is 3/8 drive and about 6 1/4 in. long. Just by counting the "clicks" it seems to be 24 teeth.  A quick look through AA didn't show one like it.

Anybody have a part no., date, or other information?

It's a Williams B 51
