It helps if you put a ruler or something for scale in the pics.  If that is a small wrench, it looks like a scythe snath wrench.  The double ended ones usually had a large end for the snath (the thing that holds the scythe blade) and a smaller end for the handles.

i will do that.... it is small.  5 inches or so.....
