Herbrand no 10? nice plier, smoth as glass. 4 1/2 inches long a real nice pocket plier

I have to look tonight but I have a pair that I think are Snap-On and they are vacuum hose pliers.

they are very similar to snap on/fsp #5 ign pliers but maybe from another mfr....
