The tool has no makers or owners marks on it. There is a few areas were the paint paint has chipped, play close attion to pictures to see it. Also the belt is twisted and the belt would most likely need to be replaced. I dont know how well the wire brush works. Its pretty old. At one time a previous owner must of added a washer to the one end in front of the chuck, still old but not orginal. No matter how you look at it, this is a wonderfull tool that would be a great collection to any ones shop.
