This came with some body hammers today, but I don't think its related.
My first guess was rivet hammer, but the one face is rounded a bit, the other is chipped.

It's pretty hefty, maybe 20 oz
I don't see a brand name on it
what is it called/used for?
thanks

Seen some, somewhere. Can't remember where. Can't remember its function, but it looks cool.

It is similar to the boiler's riveting hammers shown in Sellens.
