 Really thought this might be JD wrench but noooooo. Don't find it in Rathbone and don't recognize whats left of logo. Any ID help appreciated.

Pg. 5, Dec. 2008 MVWC Newsletter shows three variants -- one has V&K (Valle & Kimes) -- that info was supplied by "Bus" Haury.
