Title: Unusual Oswego Pipe Wrench

I found this 6-inch Oswego pipe wrench last weekend. It does not have the Oswego Tool Co. logo (T inscribed within a letter O), and it is not a Stillson wrench.
To my many wrench expert friends: ever seen one of these?
