the one on the right  is a chevron a-109 i think it for break springs could be wrong.
on the left is a blue bird #14 and it still has some original blue paint on handle

my guess is:

left one is  hose clamp pliers Corbin type


right is a battery terminal pliers


Blue Bird tools are really cool
