This is the first one I've come across, can't remember who was looking for one.
Anyways here it is.

Nice wrench.
Do you think they forge it bent, or forge it straight like every other wrench and put the bend in it for a special order?

They have a picture of one on Comcast.net. They say it was designed for adjusting the Model T Ford reverse gear (and brake) bands.

They had to do a special to put the 'reverse gear' lettering in anyhow, it is raised, so probably bent when forged...
Probably needed custom jigs to grind the flats also, at least on one end....
