Title: P&O Cutout plow footrest

Found this on my trip to Arkansas today. These came on the Parlin & Orendorff sulky stob cutters. Not a wrench but very very hard to find.

Yeah. They don't come around often. I know where a complete machine is with two on it still so this one could be bought for the right price.
