The sockets have the size and "Made in the USA" on them. Only one socket has the full made in the usa on it, the others are barely legible but the size markings are clear. Don't know if that's a clue to their identity or not.
The box is hinged on the end and measures 6 3/4" x 3" (if its original).

It's a Duro ratchet design , but the sockets are weird. I have seen those sockets before, and couldn't figure out for sure who made them then...
Perhaps a cheap home use tool kit with modified socket decorations so nobody would know who made it ?

Go to AA and they might even have a set # for you.
