Title: Williams Flare Nut wrench ?????

Not finding any info on a Williams SUPERRENCH  marked 1314
7/16" open end / flare nut
Thought it was user modified until I looked it over closely.
And then I cant find any data, pretty strange, at least late on a Sat night...


Anybody familiar with this ?

A-50 20M 5-51 Cat shows 3/8 thru 1 1/8 missing out 13/16.

All 12 point on the open box.

A later Cat 507 United-Greenfield Div of TRW Inc shows 6 point ends

Same sizes
