Houghton patent 1894 ( http://www.datamp.org/patents/advance.php?pn=514993&id=30643&set=9 ) If you look close you may find the PATD 1894 marking on it.
It was only when the Canadian Patent Office Record became available online that we realized it most likely was "Made in Canada." ( http://www.datamp.org/patents/advance.php?pn=45387&id=38201&set=8 )

This one is in Canada. On ebay. Any past sale results for one?

That current ebay lot ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/antique-odd-unusual-wedge-wrench-quick-adjust-adjustable-tool-/321230008289?pt=US_Hand_Tools&hash=item4acaccefe1 ) appears to be a 14 or 15 inch; the others I've seen were 12 inch.

Maybe a rarer version Stan? Probably not priced too terrible high.
