Found this little jewel over the weekend.  I see that one sold at auction in Rathbones Sup II, but not who made the wrench.  Any ideas, or is it another for the wrench orphanage?

 Nice wrench;whats it doing out there on the coast. Doesn't it know wrenchs like that are to live here in the Midwest where we made all that nice old machinery. May be an orphan but its a nice orphan.
