This is a tool that my father-in-law brought out of the basement the other day. We were all wondering what exactly it was. He said it was an old curling iron but it seemed too small to be a curling iron. It's about 1 foot long, the bottom jaw is solid and about a little smaller than an adult male pinky finger, the top jaw is concave and sits perfectly on the bottom. Thanks for any light you can shed. http://postimg.org/image/uy5ns8nzf/ (http://postimg.org/image/uy5ns8nzf/) http://postimg.org/image/41lojx563/ (http://postimg.org/image/41lojx563/)
