Title: adjustable wrench 41-w-448?

So I bought a Universal-metal-prods 11" auto adjustable wrench With 41-w-448 on the upper end of the wrench does anyone know what the
41-w-448 mean?

It's the US Government Stock Number. Wrench was included in tool kits for the Willys Jeep.

I have the 41-W-450 made by Universal Products. It's a honkin' big one!! I think it was for the larger military equipment, like the deuce and a half, etc.
