If the electronics work, here are a P&C No1720-S 20 inch *with welded repair to the frame*  & a CRESCENT 18 inch.  The CRESCENT includes "PATENTED" and H1801 among its markings .
Is "H1801" a die marking, or did CRESCENT use it as a size designation at one time?

My 18 incher doesn't have the numbers but one of my 15 inchers does.
