I found this tool at the estate sale I got that ax head. I'm pretty sure it's for crimping sheet metal. Pexto Co. It mostly works. The screw lock on one side is frozen. A shot of Kroil will free that up. My sheet metal friends are going to beg me for this.

flange bender with back gauge. made them with and with out, that is the narrow blades, the glass pliers are similar too.
