Got this yesterday at a garage sale.  In fact got a nice selection of GP tools.  The wrench is 15-16 inches long, round shank with knurling in 4 places.  Marked C-385, and has a box with ?chrome metal stamped therein.  The ends are 12 point, and approximately 13/16 and 7/8.   Special tool?  What company?

My guess is it's for front end alignments. Those are common sizes for caster / camber adjustments,
and you need the offsets to clear obstructions. no clue as to maker.

Looks like the wrench is longer than 15/16".
