Old Buggy Wrench?

"I found this old wrench while cleaning out my father-in-laws garage and have been unable to identify anything about it.  No tool sites seem to have anything like it.  I was wondering if you have ever seen one like it and if you could tell me anything about it.  All the identifying marking are worn off.  You can see a shield like a US Highway sign on it, but that's about

It is an adjustable basin wrench. Markings should read "TRIMO TRADEMARK - BASIN WRENCH - PAT. APD FOR". I don't think the patent has been found. Not rare and they usually sell for less than they look like they should.
