Cornwell Socket what's it used for?

Found this Cornwell socket mixed in with some sockets that I recently purchased. Marked Cornwell X 9034. A specialty socket I'm assuming but I never seen one like it. Anyone know what it's purpose is?

That looks kinda big for carbs from the pics. Possibly a shock absorber socket ??

Shock absorbers, used to hold the shaft while tightening the nut with an end wrench, have a pair, quit loaning them out as guys would use them with an impact.

Yep. You'll also see wrenches like that from time to time. I send a P&C model to Jabberwoki a few months back.
