 Got this wrench at flea market today. Is this used on locomotive headlight ? That seems to be what Pyle was associate with. Evidently a 13-A .

From generic patent data, Before 1919 they were Pyle National Electric Headlight Co, after that they dropped the 'Electric Headlight' part.
Even before 1919 they were also making motor generator sets,turbines and valve gear...

By the 1950's they are also making explosion proof switches, aircraft lights...
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.
