wrench with gap gage,what when & why?

has a screwdriver end and a storage compartment for ?,thick and 6" long,,,,,any thoughts on what car jeep military,etc?,,,TIA

it says spark plug gage,  the poity end might be to adjust the electrode wire.

the compartment could hold spare plug brass top nuts & new spark plug gaskets,
tes, they used to use copper gaskets to go between the plug & the head.

wrench to remove plugs, and possibly used to take them apart to clean.

It's been identified as a wrench that came with outboard boat motors made by Scott-Atwater. The pivoting cover is a spark plug gap gauge, and the compartment held shear pins for the prop
