Smithsonian magazine February 1991  - Cover article "Old wrenches can be objects of beauty for tool collectors". Slight damage to right side of cover but otherwise very good.
I will send to first responder at no cost. First PM will get it.  Good luck. Al

That article should be banned! It was one of the causes of my wrench collecting addition. Elmo Rinehart was my hero. I met him several times and visited his museum twice. Years later I helped catalog his estate's dispersal auction.

I have had several of the magazines with the article. My original one has been signed by everyone mentioned in the article. Most are now gone. I never met the author but would like to get his autograph. The one that sold on Elmo's auction brought $100.00!

Id like to have it but I know there is a more deserving wrench collector here. I like old tools, anything and everything old. Nice of your offer.
Always looking for what interests me, anything early Dodge Brothers/Graham Brothers trucks ( pre 1932 or so ) and slant six / Super six parts.

I got that magazine when it came out, and read the story about the wrenches about 5 times.  First heard about the MWTCA in there.   I knew woodworking tools were gaining in collectability, had only hoped that wrenches would catch on and I guess they did.  Just look in my shop.
