MJD tools list today has a Columbia pipe wrench made by the True Mfg. Co. Brockton, Mass.

patented on Sept. 3, 1892
patent number 482527

5 inches long, with a selling price of $575.oo  not in auction, but buy it now sale.

Also known as the "BABY COLUMBIA," with smooth jaws for nuts -- one of the rarer bicycle wrenches for sure.  I've only seen one other.
