I have an Apex # QR-514  socket ratchet that has a 1/2" square drive ans a female 7/16 hex female driven  It is similar to PAT

# 1,521,331. Would like to know who made it.

I sorta thought Apex and Dayton were more or less the same company,  but thought they made their own stuff.  Others that know more than I???
