I found an ID on this wrench and it says B.F. Avery & Moline Plow Co., (106)
is this correct for this wrench? Two co. names, were they merged?

Your wrench is shown in Moline Parts Books. Rathbone also lists a 106 wrench under B. F. Avery but I have never seen any parts book proof.
