Hello, All. I found a very cool wrench at the local flea. It is a pocket, or, bicycle wrench, from the Lovell Wrench Company, Bridgeport Connecticut. Patent Date (stamped on fixed jaw) May 12 1896, the corresponding Patent Number is 559901.  Below is a link to the DATAMP website with the patent info. My go to site for patent research, you can look up issue dates, by patent number,company, person names, etc.. If they have it in their database, it is a great reference source.

at DATAMP, if you click on the patentee's name, it will also bring up the Canadian patent for the same wrench.
