Found a good yard sale this morning, scored a pair of 10 inch Stillson pattern pipe wrenches (Walworth and Trimont), and a massive off-set Snap-On 1-1/4... thing. It's date coded to 1955, but I'm having a tough time with the part number of N-5221, any ideas?

The Snap on may be a M-1301A for Cummins head bolts. http://collectingsnapon.com/catalogs/catalogs.php?loggedin=0&catalogPage=1589

The part number on your wrench indicates Snap on made it most likely for a railroad or other industrial type business
