OK now you're starting to hurt us. heeheh

The grinder is one we --all-- dream of.  Its missing one of its tool rests. (It looks just like the other one.
I bet its in a box on the floor.)
Hope it still works. It probably does.

The arbor press ditto. Its of a quality you simply can't buy now for any price. Its not the biggest, but it is very good.

I'd go $50 on the grinder and $60 on the press for myself, to keep, in one moment's time. Maybe a tiny bit more.

And I'm "safe" to you. I live all the way on the far side of the nation, so shipping would be impossible.
I'd be out of any actual deal.
This is just what I would pay as an experienced hunter of old tools.

If you sell to a dealer he will want a wholesale price. (a good dealer, about 1/2)
Sometimes this is not so bad as you can sell a large quantity instantly.
Just watch out for the rude lowballers offering 5 cents on the dollar with a high pressure sales attack.
These guys, you laugh right in their face.

If you know what you have, and willing to sell yourself,  you don't have to sell to a dealer at all.
  People will come.

The last photo looks like a nice shipwrights hammer and a couple of caulking irons.

That's a really nice arbor press. It has a ratcheting handle.I would sell that for $150.00 range. That's an Ebay item.I wish I were closer,I'd buy it.

Definitely a shipwrights caulking hammer and irons.  Now look for the reefing iron to go with them.    Its a foot long or longer the handle is steel about 5/8" in diameter and the business end is shape sort of like a parrots bill about two inches long.

The irons in the hammer probably have two types of edges,   One caulking the other dumbing.
