DP 443 wrench

I am wondering if anyone  has seen a double open end wrench with this no. DP443 on.  It is part of a set from the J. D. Adams Co. which made road graders.  I am not sure if the no. is on the wrench.    The other two wrenches No.172 and No.178 do have numbers on.
