I didn't want to hijack the other thread so I'll post this thread instead. We stopped in at the new National Museum of Industrial History located in Bethlehem PA on part of the old Bethlehem Steel property. www.nmih.org They have a nice display of some treadle powered machines and a nice display of line shaft driven machines for mostly steel working. One of the most impressive pieces for me was this steam powered hammer that is over 2 stories tall.  If you are in the area or live near here stop in for an interesting few hours. They have an area on silk production which back in the day was big in the area and another section is also on the steel making industry.

Thanks Lewill2, I wasn't aware that it was open now. I will have to get over there some time in the near future.
A person who could really read human minds would be privileged to gaze on some correct imitations of chaos.
