Has an "F" inside a triangle, and also A-913 stamped in it.
8 open end sizes and one socket that measures 7/16".
Clean plate steel on one side, and the other side looks to be torch cut.
Weight is a hefty 11/2 pounds.
The wrench openings do not show any wear or use.
So, I'm wondering about value and manufacturer?

I agree with Lostmind, although the logo and stamp don't ring a bell with any of the manufacturers that I'm familiar with, the sizes seem to match what is needed to hook up a set of cutting or welding torches.
