Need some help with this one.

I can't find any markings, and it's 4.5" long.
It seems to be in good shape, which makes me think it might not be that old...but the style looks old.  Thanks, Bill

Maybe a wrench that came with  a circular saw?  Rather tiny.

If it's not a wrench, maybe a valve spring tool ? I can't tell how thick the jaw is.

It's from the tool kit of an Early 70's Honda motorcycle.

Looks awful small, must be a spoke wrench.
A person who could really read human minds would be privileged to gaze on some correct imitations of chaos.
