I found this while cleaning off my computer desk tonight. Any idea how old it is ? Wright 80153 and there is a " 0 " near the one box end.

BUMP

Notice that the lettering is in the forging die, not stamped into the wrench like early Wright tools.

Who can shed some light on this little guy?

I think they're Bonney wrenches made under contract for Wright Aircraft.

Read it in a few places, but here's one I remember: http://g503.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=268746&start=60#p1603944

Thanks MrBill
This makes sense.
The Wright Tool thing just didn't feel right.

That marking has fooled quite a few people that don't know or forget about Wright Aeronautical Corp., including me, I had forgotten all about that connection.
A person who could really read human minds would be privileged to gaze on some correct imitations of chaos.
