Antique Cast Iron Ford Wrench

Hi,
Can anyone help to identify this Antique Cast Iron Ford Wrench. I can't find another one anywhere that has a "bulb" on the end. Any help would be appreciated.

That looks to have been modified? the open end look right, the other end would be a curved with a socket like this pic off the internet, got some around here somewhere?

I think that what you have is the Ford combination wrench in uncompleted form. The wrench blank would have been drop forged flat, as your piece.  Next step, the socket is hot formed and lastly the socked end bent over at 90* to complete the process.
