This old wrench is 16 3/4 inches long. DOE 1 1/4 inches on both ends.

I don't come up with anything for the number, but the shape and opening size lead me to guess tie-rod wrench....

Definitly a neat shape...
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.
