This popped up on my local CL. Its a Prentiss Bulldog vise. The first pics got me interested , the other pic ,  well       not so much. $ 45.00. I'm sure I could repair it , but it wouldn't be right.

Definitely not, if you wait long enough you can find a not broken one for the same price.
