I was lucky enough to find a maintainance manual for one of the billions of machines USMC made over the years. I had thought of scanning it in, but 99.99% is just machine parts, so here is the 2 pages with wrenches ....

This is for the Model C 'Ideal Clicking Machine'.
(A clicking machine is a kind of press that uses a flexible ribbon blade to cut out patterns in leather,
they also have found use in cutting out gasket material, rubber and other soft sheet materials)

Numbers given appear on wrenches, but without the WRHL prefix...

That's cool Rusty. For several months I ran a USMC clicker at Southern Saddle.  They were supposed to have a two hand safety.  That is if you didn't have both hands touching the top of the machine when you hit the clicker button the machine wouldn't work.  That way you wouldn't have one hand under the press when you hit the clicker button and only one hand after you hit the clicker button.  Our safety didn't work so I developed a practice of putting my left hand in my back pocket before I hit the button and I still have all of my fingers and thumbs.

I hadn't though about collecting clicker wrenches.  Oh good a new category.
